Shocking assessment on vehicle

Unfortunately, one needs to give a rating and a one star is being too generous. Discovery needs to open their eyes to all the complaints made about these jokers. After assessing my vehicle, they decided that the lose panels in and around my vehicle are incident related and only the two doors where the impact was. This after the assessor advising only once both doors are removed, are they able to determine any further structural damage. Currently both doors are unable to open, so not further assessment was done to determine further damage. However, the lose panels which is evident is apparently not due to the accident. The accident took place on the 12th April this year and it's now the 21st and I'm still driving was the messed-up car. Just a warning, if Discovery or any other insurance company wants to send you to Net Assess, refuse and tell them to find another assessment company. If you can't then once claim is settled and your vehicle repaired, seriously consider moving away from Discovery as it seems they don't see fault with their clients experiencing such poor service. It's not as if we have free insurance, we do pay a premium every month, I don't pay to be treated so poorly. Just be wary of these jokers.
