Poor Service

Assessor told me and my financial advisor that the rim needs to be replaced but on his report he wrote that it must be refurbished. To make matters worse, he reported the wrong car colour, the tyre size and stated that I had mixed tyres on the car which was incorrect. Had to make numerous phone calls to get them to have a look at it again. Now waiting for assessment report. Really slow.
