Poor assessment

They claim to be professionals in assessing defects, and they are a PPS service provider. However, they could not tell Bens Auto that they did a shoddy job in painting my car. There are paint variations that anyone can easily spot. It looks like they are conflicted with Bens Auto, they are not able to give an honest assessment.
