POOR AND ARROGANT SERVICE

My car was a front smash, it was repaired and collected. When i drove it it kept showing me an open bonnet sign and the airbag light is constantly on. LAR panelbeaters requested additional damages to be approved by NET ASSESS and some guy by the name of RICHARD DE FIGUEIREDO who was suppose to approve additional damages to my car told over the phone that he will not approve while i was at the panelbeater on their landline. I called their office 10 minutes later requesting to speak to Richard's manager, to my surprise he decline to take my call and transfered the call back to him. Can Discovery part ways with this *********** company, must we #NET ASSESS MUSYT FALL? Can somebody intervene before this company is brought to its knees.
