one whole week for wheels claim to be processed and counting

<p>firstly they couldnt come to my place to assess my vehicle which had wheels and tryes ****** because it's not safe for them.</p> <p>no update on "digital" assess ment with NET ASSESS.</p> <p>when I finally call, no one knows who is dealing my claim and everyone is not in the office.</p> <p>Its almost a week now and all I have is a claim number but no assistance or resolution.</p> <p>I hate how they treat people's cases inhumane and show no remorse</p>
