No feedback no service

Absolutely no feedback from Discovery Insure Everytime I phone in they just tell me that they are waiting for their service provider Net Assess to assess the damage to my vehicle and to strip it to be able to compile a report. I have had it now with Discovery and their Net Assess service provider. I am in the process now of seeking legal advice and report this matter to the Ombudsman.
