Net Assess/Discovery Car insurance

I have never dealt with a WHOLE company as *********** as these people. There's not a single individual who knows what they are talking about. First of all, they lie about their 48hr turnaround time. Its more like a week! And secondly, trying to get ahold of them takes as long as their turnaround time. I cannot for the life of me understand how this company is still operating. Our car was involved in an "Attempted Hijack", emphasis on ATTEMPTED. The car was recovered 20 mins after it was taken. There was literally no damages as the ******* didn't have time to do anything. Our car left the impound lot on the 19th of April and yet, it took them a whole week to get the car to a panel beater. This is over and above the fact that our insurance has confirmed and sent us information that our claims were processed. Today is the 29th of April, we are still sitting without a car. We have not been able to get to work for the second week now because of the terrible service. And again, this is for a car that was recovered in 20 minutes. Between Discovery and Net Assess, DO BETTER!! Your work ethic is putrid along with the customer service you deal to consumers.
