*********** Assessor
on the 07/10/2015 my vehicle was booked in at Durban panel beaters pinetown they had my vehicle from the 07/10/2015 to 17/10/2015 (11days) I spent the 16/10/2015 from 13:30pm to 13:45pm at the panel shop as the repair work was not to standard, my vehicle was involved in a hit and run the parts that was affected was the right side of the bumper and the right hand side fender on the arch line, the arch did not meet to the bumper, there was white specks and hard polish on my side mirrors, I basically had no clutch, my right hand side headlight was not put back properly it was loose, I had to pay the excess of R3500 for this type of work, I had to fight with net assess and discovery insure just to get an assessor to come out and reassess my vehicle arrangement's where made again to book my vehicle in on the 30/10/2015 Friday morning @ 07:30 and I was suppose to have fetched my vehicle Monday morning after the assessor had viewed my vehicle to ensure that it was up to standard however the assessor did not pitch nor did he answer his phone or return my numerous calls, I ended up having to fetch my vehicle again with the same defects as before and to top it up the panel shop broke my keys
