<p>This is a thank you for the extraodinary service received from Luatlen Lottering. we had a client who was about to travel a very long distance, however she collected her vehicle after repairs and noticed that the right side mirror was missing. when i got through to net assess i was transfered from one consultant to the next having to repeat myself about 4 times, until Luatlen picked up the phone and calmed me down and assist me, he kept on calling providing updates and notifying me of the progress with regard to the arrival of the part and when the repairer will be fitting the mirror. You definately assisted in gaining my confidence in net assess. and I thank you for your dedication.</p>
