Disgusting poor Service

Brought my car in to be looked at Paul was the Accesor and PG signed the car off when I come to collect my Car at Renew it Bedfordview they say no bonnet shield was specified after telling Paul that it was cracked after the big stone fell off the truck and when I query now he says he can’t rennet saying anything. I mean you are an Accesor and you can’t remember saying that I will have a new one
