Discovery Insure/Net Assess, appalling service, shocking companies!!

The most shocking and appalling experience ever, they don't even bother to assess your vehicle they just come up with a random payout without even seeing the extent of the damage, don't answer emails or calls, they exist merely to reduce payouts by insurers like Discovery Insure who themselves are appalling. Try very hard to never deal with these 2 companies, they are *****ed, inept and have zero care for their customers.
