Assessors inflating prices for insurance claims

My car was bumped in a parking lot, originally I wanted to do a 3rd party claim through his insurance and a requirement was to get 2 independent quotes. Due to struggling I decided to rather go the route of claiming through Discovery insure. My car was send for assessment at Net Assess and claim approved. My vehicle was repaired and all was well until I received my annual increase of insurance premium. Turns out that my vehicle repair amounted to almost 3 times the price I got quotes for. My rear light and bumper was replaced ( Which was not damage at all). Net Assess is inflating prices and *****ing the insurance company and indirectly the client.
