I have a problem about net 99 I've been reporting the poor connection its seems like they don't care about my report they promised to send the technician to check the connection from outside its been 4 months complaining nd they don't fix it its been a long time really other people their internet if ok its only mine I wish they could come nd fix the problem so that I can enjoy the internet pls hello Peter help me
