Worms in Aero peppermint chocolate

Last night me and my wife went to Game store, Parow. We bought my grandchild a nestle Aero chocolate. A few minutes later her mom called us to say that my grandchild threw the chocolate on the ground and said there is worms in it. We looked and saw the worms. I took a few pictures of and we can clearly see it. We are so angry at the moment to think my grandchild ate a chocolate of nestle with worms in it. Its to puke. I called your customer care line and reported it. Reference number is NS 21/02/45. I am so tempted to put the pictures on Facebook and all social media platforms as we are disgusted by it. it is now beyond 24 hours and Nestle has not called or communicated with me yet. is this what "'Good Food, Good Life' means to Nestle loyal customers?
