Unhappy customer

Nestle have 2 competitions running at the moment - one with the purchase of 2 nestle chocolates - the other with the purchase of Nestle Hot Chocolate .

I’ve tried to enter and have been unsuccessful despite following the instructions on the competition billboard . I phoned customer care about 15 min ago , however they don’t appear be able to assist !!!
