stone found in ice cream

Hi there. A really big fan of rum and raisin ice cream. Bit down on a stone and nearly lost a tooth due to this. I am sure it came out of the tub because the tub was opened and used indoors and same time it was opened. I am confused and a little let down. Did not expect this from a company as good and reputable as nestle. I also emailed and have not had a response until now.
