still awaiting vouchers that was promised

I purchased Quality Street 500g abd it was whitish.I emailed Nestle and received a call saying that I will receive vouchers but to date haven't. That was on 30 june. I sent numerous emails and them refuse to reply to me. I'm very dissappointed with there service.
