STEEL FOUND IN MY PEPPERMINT CRISP

Sent following message to Nestle and they committed to call me back all to no avail... 10 days later still no response!

"I found this in my peppermint crisp. .. SERIOUSLY disappointed - my teeth are brittle as it is and the pin got lodged! !! Seriously upset"
