Sour cheese cake

On Sunday wanted make a cheese cake but after i put the condensmilk in everything turn sour i had ro throw it out but I'm very disappointed as this has never happened before. I checked the expiring date and it expire only next year. This was an expensive flop as cheese cake ingredients are expensive.
