smartie chocolate slab

I just bought a chocolate from the opposite friendly grocery store in Rivonia, to satisfy my 1c a month craving, I broke a piece for my colleague and we both exclaimed at the same time. this chocolate tastes funny said Siphokazi! Exactly said i it tastes like you're sucking on a candle it just wont melt. I got to the office and phoned the consumer care line where i spoke to Millie who asked for expiry, batch number etcetera she then said it might be the the stock has been in the shop for long,'EVEN IF ITS NOT EXPIRED? I ASKED, i told that is not possible i know that shop their things are not even exposed to the sun in fact I'm always saying how chilled it is. She seemed in a hurry to take down my postal address did not even want to come and fetch the product and that dissappointed me, dont they test these things or are their consultants simply DONT CARE LISTENERS?
