Service Pathetic ... No Response

I would like to express my deepest disgust to the response I received from the care line, On the 27th around 20:20 I called the care line to complain about NESQUIK that i had just purchased for my son as he is not on formula but drinks Nesquik at night.

I was advised that some one was going to give me a call back with a response but no one has bothered to do so,

I had to purchase a new product so that my son could have something to drink that evening,

I am furious, Why is the nesquik not making the milk pink, it is so damn bland even when I add more than the required amount?

Now I'm sitting with another tin of nesquik that is 3 in total that I cannot give my son because he refuse to drink it because it take like nothing and it had no color.
