Selling expired goods

<p> So i went to go buy smarties at SPAR Ellof street and only notice after my child is half way throuhg the box the the colour seems odd then i check the box to find that it has expired, i then take them back and the manager gives me another box and i questioned why they dont check cause something could have happened to my child (stomach poisoning ) and he refused to pay me back. then i logged a complaint on their system and was contacted back by a consultant "Motlalepule Molefi Consumer Engagement Advisor Nestlé South Africa" who informed me that heyll get someone to send a package to my place, but now 6 months later im still waiting</p>
