Rude agent cut call

I have purchased 2 pack of kit Kat 2 fingers and a tex and the chocolates was white inside I contacted nestle. I spoke to and agent Mmamuso Molejane she advised if the chocolate is white where is the chocolate advise agent had to throw it away. She was rude I then requested her manager to call she said I must call back an talk to another agent to assist agent cut call I want a copy of that call recording even if the chocolate cannot be replaced is the manner of approach of how to speak to a customer an cutting the call is a no go zone. I would fail her on qa.i want a copy of that recording.
