Ricoffy cheap lids

There is a huge problem with the lids of Ricoffy Coffee's...We pay nearly R120.00 for a 750g and within in a week the plastic lid get a tear in on the side ..After another week your coffee is dry and sticky because of the air thats coming in ....For nearly a year this problem persist ,and i am not the only one with this complain ...i did phone Nestle and they send me a voucher for R100.00 ,and think they can settle this serious matter by a voucher???? Why would i buy there product again??? Sometimes its not about the money .....i ask Nestle to stop putting cheap lids on their Coffee ,and raise the price ,but no quality is been used to protect their Coffee inside the cheap tin....I am done with Nestle ...
