Poor quality packaging

I am a huge ***** of the Nescafe coffee sachet, but recently I don't know what is wrong with their packaging but half of the coffee power is in the box and not in the sachet. Can they please get alternative packaging or change their supplier. These coffees are not cheap and we expect to a good quality product. I have attached a photo, not one packet had properly sealed sachet in it! Very disappointing!
