<br> Poor Quality Nestle Milk Powder come with Poor Customer Service<br> <br> I took the time to draw the attention of Nestle (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd to the fact I am dissatisfied with the purchase of Nestle NIDO 3+ milk powder.<br> <br> Nestle (S A) (Pty) Ltd has failed/refused to resolve my complaint amicably. I complained about the 3 X 1.8 kg Nestle NIDO 3+ (Pre-School Milk) which I purchased and found that it was not suitable for consumption because the milk powder was in small lump forms. <br> <br> Nestle (S A) (Pty) Ltd has acknowledged my complaint, but only replaced one of the 3 X 1.8 kg Nestle NIDO 3+ (Pre-School Milk). I was short changed for 2 X 1.8 kg Nestle NIDO 3+ (Pre-School Milk).<br> <br> It is through consumer advice such as mine that Nestle (S A) (Pty) Ltd<br> was able to monitor its products and maintain a high quality standard in a consistent manner.<br> <br> Nestle (S A) (Pty) Ltd should take all complaints seriously and resolve it to consumer's satisfaction amicably. <br> <br> Nestle (S A) (Pty) Ltd's first priority is to understand that business exist for the customer and not the other way around. If you have a bad experience at your hands, make it right as fast as possible to preserve the customer's trust.
