Poor quality and poor service

Have drinking Ricoffy for many years without a problem but the last tin I bought with batch No 22/01/2022 17:27 tastes like dishwater I normally use 2 teas****s of Ricoffe in my mug I now have to use 4 teas****s and it still tastes horrible Tried to phone customer services but after holding for a long time was told that the agents were so busy that they could not take my call I needed to leave a message wich I tried to do but no reponse It is unfortunate but it seems that as South African we will have to accept poor quallity and service because it has become the norm
