Poor product poor service

I am absolutely dissapointed with nestle and the product.i did not expect this from nestle were my tin of 750g coffee went hard . I sent and email and even called in absolutely poor service from the customer care agent did not return my call back. I want this matter resolved urgently to avoid action taken against nestle an the staff.
