Plastic found in lactogen nestle tin

I found a piece of plastic in my new borns lactogen tin. I contacted nestle and they got a courier company to fetch it from my house the next day, I told the courier guy that I put the piece of plastic in foil and back in the tin, he acknowledged what I did. I then was given a voucher for 900gram lactogen since I sent half the tin back for analysis. The consultant that spoke to me from Nestle was so friendly and understanding, she told me she will get back to me within a week with an update. I have a picture of this plastic piece an what point I was trying to raise is that my son could of swallowed it while drinking his feed. He could of choked or possibly worse. I was upset at the time but the consultant reassured me that nestle will investigate and get back to me. I get a call from her yesterday saying no plastic was in the tin, I'm so upset as I'm being made a ****. Why must l lie about something so serious, nestle lactogen is a disappointing company, I am actually changing his brand of milk due to what I found and how I was responded to via their investigative team. I really will recommend people double checking their milk tins or changing their brand. ABSOLUTELY horrified by nestle lactogen
