no response on ice cream issue

I purchased a 2Lt farmhouse ince cream on wedneday from shoprite and when I opened the container there was hardly any ice cream in it. I have tried continously to get hold of the consumer and till now all I get is the voice mail. I have emailed Nestle as well and no one has responded. This is actually disgusting as we spend our hard earned money on goods only to see that we are paying for less than what is actually promised. Please sort out asap.
