No feedback or repairs

This is a two part complaint:<br> <br> Firstly I bought a Nestle Alegria at Makro in Bloemfontein,<br> Later I saw a special at Game were this machine had interchangeable colored side panels, I asked about it at GAme and they said I should contact Nestle customer care,<br> Which I did and on 20-06-2015 I got this reply:<br> \Dear Riaan
