No feedback from Dolce Gusto Social Media team

<p>Your social media team on Facebook does not respond to my messages or wall posts with queries and questions.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've been asking for months when the pop up shop will commence, and I've been getting a scripted answer to "Keep an eye on our page" which I've done for months to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly I was promised by the social media team that they would send me a "treat" which never happened.</p> <p>This message was sent to me in June, 5 months later nothing has happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to speak to someone whom can provide some insight on the matters above.</p>
