Never heared from Cerelac ever again!!!

I am upset! i sent through a complaint regarding Cerelac that I bought for my baby girl and it has a problem!!! i have sent through emails on your website but now response is this right or should we stop buying??? One lady made contact with me and asked me to respond on her email with my details of which i did more than 2 months ago but I have still not received any response. i sent a few other emails after that but poor me I was just ignored because you know you will loose nothing if I stop buying!
