Never buy Nestle Nescafe products

I was doing a complaint on the what's app platform, give them the batch details and they send me this: This batch code has been flagged under *****ulent cases by Market head security therefore we cannot send any voucher.

I mean what's up with this company? Poor quality products Poor service But SKY HIGH PRICES!
