Nestle Voucher

I purchased Kit Kat and the wafer was soft and stale. I contacted Nestle to lodge a complaint. I was advised that I would be compensated for the chocolates purchased. I received a voucher which I cannot use to date as Nestle specified a product that no longer exists. I was referred back to Nestle by Pick n Pay and Checkers Hyper. What a waste of my telephone call and time. Why bother sending vouchers when you cannot use them?
