NESTLE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES TO BEHAVE LIKE HUMANS.

This incident happened on the 29 March 2021 around 14:00 - 15-00. At Auckland Park,UJ Sophiatown Residence Station Rea Vaya.

Staff members of Nestle think they are bigger and invincible at other people’s workplace. A lady by the name of Nondumiso who works at Pick n Pay Campus Square Johannesburg under NESTLE came to my workplace at Rea Vaya to load her card .Our system was offline unfortunately so she could not load her travel card . She started shouting and swearing that why don’t I tell her that it’s offline and there is a sign in front of her face that clearly indicates it’s offline . I start telling other customers that it is offline. She starts screaming ,yelling and swearing at me .This is not the first time we’ve had an encounter with this lady wearing the Nestle uniform proudly at that. This is the third encounter with her giving is problems at the station. She has threatened us before saying she will call a hitmen on us. She banged the glass on the ticket booth and forcefully entered the ticket office where no one is allowed in accept staff members of Rea Vaya. She violated me and my workplace and violated the City of Joburg Transport by- laws by entering the ticket office. She has the nerve to do so wearing Nestle uniform. It’s appalling how Nestle employees handle themselves while they are on lunch breaks at other people’s workplace!! Is this the type of training they get at Nestle?!!!

I have reported this incident to the manager of Pick n Pay Campus Square and at my workplace. I have also reported this matter to the customer care at Nestle. My matter is also been handed over to the Nestle Consumer Engagement Advisor Motlalepule Molefi who has not given me any feedback on my emails regarding the matter. I have explained that I do not feel safe as long as she works around my workplace and yet she has not attended to my matter even a phone call from her.

Management at Rea Vaya has banned her from boarding on or off the bus at UJ Sophiatown Residence Station where I work .
