Nestle nan formula

I buy Nestle NAN optipro1 formula for my baby, however the tin is always half , I pay close to R500 and I'm expecting a full tin of milk, this is the 3rd tin of formula I bought where it is half when opened! This is not fair to us as consumers to fork out so much money for half value! I will complain until this is fixed! Very unhappy customer!
