Nestle jelly tots slabs not up to standard

I bought a couple of slabs of Nestle sjoclates. One of them being Jelly tots only to find about 5 jelly tots in the whole slab more than half the slab is clean with no jelly tots. Isnt there quality checks done to prevent this. I dont think ill buy Jelly tots slabs again the other slabs were fine. I have added a pic you be the judge.
