Nestlé issue

We ordered 6 x 1.8kg milk formula for our 2 kids which we received 4 badly dented, we reported the matter and dented milk was collected and vouchers received. After multiple efforts going to dischem and contacting Nestlé the vouchers still doesn't work. Dischem at Walmer Park Shopping Centre didn't assist my wife as they said they don't contact suppliers, I guess that relationship is down the drain. Retail has changed in the last 14 years that I've been working. Time and petrol being wasted and no milk for my kids due to poor service. Pathetic I tell you.
