Nestle, how could you!!!!!!!

I purchased a Aero dark chocolate 40g bar from Checkers on 13 Feb'19, and in the last 4 blocks found a rusted nail in those pieces. I then lodged an electronic complaint on Nestle's website on 14 Feb'19, and the automated response was they would contact me within 72 hours. Which didn't happen, I then called their 0860 number and spoke to someone who gave me the same email address and I forwarded same to that address. Today is the 25th of Feb'19, and still no word or feedback from Nestle.
