NESTLE HOT CHOCOLATE NOT UP TO PAR

I have purchased 20 500g jars of Hot Chocolate from PnP and Checkers lately and the latest jar we opened is lacking a key ingredient which makes it seem like you're drinking sweetened cocoa. I have not opened any of the other jars but it would appear that this jar is definitely not up to the usual quality which is disappointing. I tried logging a complaint on their website but it keeps giving an error.
