Nestlé failure

Emailed queries get a generic reply. Follow up emails go unanswered. Calls to customer service get evasive, meaningless replies. Requests to speak to a supervisor result in one being told they are out of the office. Head Office number says "there is no one at the extension yeyvan extensionwas not dialed!!! ***

I thought Nestlé were a credible corporate citizen, I'm having doubts
