Nestle Dulce Gusto lack of service points

I have a Dulce Gusto coffee machine which needs what I would class as a relatively simple repair (the needle which pierces the capsule has pushed back into the machine). This apparently cannot be done in Cape Town - the only place where repairs can be done is in the Johannesburg office. This would mean courier fees there and back plus the cost of the repair. I will NEVER recommend anyone purchasing one of their machines because of the lack of service points and also because of their total lack of interest in customer service.
