Nestle condense milk product

I am very angry 27June 2024 I went to shoprite in town center to buy a tin condense milk the night later as i opened the tin I noticed it was mouldy and as I poured it in a bowl the end of the tin had Glass pieces in side the tin .

The next day I returned to shoprite and showed them the condense milk , I am a small bake busines owner and I cannot present such quality to MY clients and we all know what Glass pieces can do to a person's body I have pictures of the tin and I am very afraid to buy nestle tin products and maybe I should make others aware of your products and I have checked the date on the tin and it showed it expires next year.
