Nestle bad products bad customer

I bought a chocolate as i usually do when i do my groceries for my child and i. This time instead of the Cadbury five star i usually buy i decided to go for aero peppermint. Bad experience ever my daughter n i noticed a whole lot of dots of dark brown on light brown and the piece we had tasted was terrible I was so concerned that maybe the product had been contaminated i called the Nestle customer service what a lousy customer service they have, to date no communication has been done since i last emailed them, such negligence !!!!!!
