Nestle - Bad Customer Service

<p>I purchased a peppermint crisp and it had no peppermint. I took the time and wasted my money calling Nestle to let them know and they have not bothered to come back to me. That is the last time I buy Nestle products. Nestle has bad customer service! I have since been informed by a family member in Kwa Zulu Natal that the same thing happened to them. Could Nestle be saving costs by ripping us off?</p>
