NESCAFE NOT SO CLASSIC

I bought a 300 gram NESCAFE classic refill ,Then when i attempt to fill the empty NESCAFE 200 gram glass container it only came to about three quarters , The consumer consultant then asked me if I weigh the package because the contend may have been crushed (condensed) during packaging or transport . I pointed out to the lady that it is nowhere stated on the packaging , I also pointed out to her that I bought NESCAFE granules not condensed crushed powder , When I buy a 30 g Simba chips I expect that, not a single condensed small 30 g powder ball . My main concern is that they have promised to contact me on Monday which did not happen . When I phoned back on Tuesday they promised to contact me within an hour which also did not happen my ref number is ***1
