NAN 2 OPTIPRO FORMULA CONTAMINATION!

The formula was bought from PicknPay at Kempgate Mall on the 7th September 2019. On the 8th October 2019, I received a call from my daughter's daycare saying that they had stopped feeding her the formula because there was "something brown" in the container. I sent an email, and have had back and forth telecoms with Nestle. I have requested that my daughter receive some urgent medical intervention although there are no visible signs of illness to avert/ treat any impact the substance may have on her health. I have been unsuccessful. I do not understand why I must wait for 7-10 days to be assured of my daughter's health. I try to fly below the radar but this has me breathing fire. If anything happens to this baby, I will blame the formula and the stagnancy of the Corporate Giant, justifiable or not. I do not require compensation for the product, I just want medical attention for my baby, and also more empathetic staff will help!
