Milo purchased from a well known retailer doesn't taste original

Nestle Milo has increased by 30% within 2024. A staple drink for young children in South Africa is now unaffordable. Having said that I recently opted for the 250g refill packet. The kids were excited to indulge in their favorite drink only to be disappointed in the taste. It tastes **** not original at all. I purchased the Milo from a Checkers store in Gauteng. It is really difficult to find a direct email address for Nestlé therefore I am on this platform hoping that someone from Nestlé will contact me urgently.
