Milo Cereal broke my tooth!

Bought a box of Milo cereal and my second bite was so hard that it broke my tooth! I work hard for my money and I don't find it fair that after I contacted head offices, they still don't come in contact with me! Now I have to pay for my broken tooth and wasted money on a box of cereal! What happens if I had given that bite to my son? Very unsatisfied customer!
